Adults overall
We know and understand ourselves and the world better than you think we do.
I know myself better than you could ever know me.
You don't automatically know better because you're an adult.
Adults don't know how we feel or who we are. You can't read our minds.

Just because we're younger doesn't mean our experiences, feelings, and opinions aren't as valid as yours.
