Reach out to your local child welfare agency to see if they have dedicated resources and/or support groups for adults fostering queer or trans young people.
As pointed out elsewhere (see this page in the "Use your calm" section and this page in the "Use your sight" section), it's absolutely critical that you support your foster child. Too many foster kids end up in families that are, at best, unsupportive or, at worse, openly abusive if they are fostering a queer or trans young person.
