A brief introduction

This part of Reflecting Rainbow Tweens & Teens is very different from the "Use Your…" sections. "Use Your…" focuses on actions adults can take to support the work that queer and trans young people are already doing.

Meanwhile, "Ideas For…" includes both suggested actions and a focus on the internal work that specific kinds of adults need to do to better support queer and trans tweens and teens. That work is critical to your role in improving these young people's lives.

So embrace the two ways this website uses "reflecting" tweens & teens and doing work on yourself. Each stands to create a better, more supportive, and just world for the tween or teen in your life.
